These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and bd449 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all access to and use of the bd449 website, mobile interface, and associated betting and gaming services. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bd449 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on bd449, by depositing funds into your account, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, you conclusively represent and warrant that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one bd449 account. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, email address, device, IP address, or payment method;
• Opening a new account following the suspension or closure of a previous account, without the express written permission of bd449;
• Allowing another individual to use your registered account or registering on behalf of another individual.

Where bd449 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and balances forfeited. bd449 may at its sole discretion take further action including permanent banning of associated devices and payment methods.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bd449 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. All players must complete identity verification before withdrawals above ৳5,000 are processed, or at any time bd449 determines verification is required for security or compliance purposes. Required documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (NID card or passport);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);

3.4 Account Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd449 accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bd449 does not charge transaction fees on MFS (mobile financial service) deposits. Third-party currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction;
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction;
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier, verification status, and payment method. Players may request their applicable withdrawal limits by contacting support;
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳200,000 for standard verified accounts. Higher limits may be available for VIP tier players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within ten minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take between 3 and 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. bd449 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to standard verification procedures.

4.4 Funds Integrity

All funds deposited into your bd449 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted. bd449 reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, bd449 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaign rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, bd449 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend the account involved.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

bd449 periodically offers promotions tied to events in the Bangladeshi cultural and sporting calendar, including Eid campaigns, Pohela Boishakh offers, BPL tournament prize pools, and other seasonal events. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published at the time each campaign launches. Cultural promotions are offered as a courtesy to our Bangladeshi player community and may be withdrawn or modified at bd449's sole discretion.

6. Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bd449 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and betting type. bd449 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined;
• The bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error or system fault;
• The player had access to information not publicly available at the time the bet was placed (i.e., inside information);
• The integrity of the event is called into question by a competent sporting authority.

In the event a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Voided bets do not count towards wagering requirement fulfilment.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds on live markets update in real time and may change significantly between the time you submit a bet and the time it is accepted by the system. bd449 operates a latency-aware live betting engine; bets accepted at a particular price will be honoured at that price unless a manifest system error occurred. bd449 is not liable for internet connection issues on the player's side that affect live bet placement.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

If a player successfully registers a duplicate account during a self-exclusion period, bd449 will close that account, return any deposits made, and void any winnings accrued.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd449 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with bd449;

• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets for guaranteed profit, including the use of automated arbitrage software;
• Use of bots or automation: Employing automated scripts, bots, AI agents, or any software that interacts with bd449 without human input to place bets or trigger bonus events;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or MFS provider after funds have been deposited and wagered on bd449. Chargebacks will be treated as a debt owed to bd449 and the account will be suspended until resolved;
• Exploitation of system errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake, or software bug to place bets at incorrect odds or to trigger unintended game outcomes.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bd449

bd449 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or at the request of a competent authority.

9.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their bd449 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure — whether initiated by the player or by bd449 — the player's access to the platform will be revoked. Historical transaction records will be retained by bd449 in accordance with applicable data retention obligations. The player's data will continue to be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd449 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from your use of the platform, including gambling losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical faults, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond bd449's reasonable control (including force majeure events);
• Any loss of data resulting from technical failures, provided that bd449 maintains server-side records of all transactions and game outcomes;
• Any third-party content, game mechanics, or RTP outcomes governed by external game studio certifications;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, even if bd449 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bd449's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bd449 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd449 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. For minor or clarificatory amendments, bd449 may publish the updated Terms with immediate effect and a notice on the platform homepage.

Your continued use of the bd449 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9.2 above.
